<br />,j <br /> <br />vffiEREAS said qouncil did proceed on the Jrd day of <br />January, 1949, with said hearing, and after considering a.ll <br />objections made and received does determine that due and <br />legal notice of said hearing was given as required by the <br />ordinances of the City of Redwood City, as appears from the <br />affidavit of L. M. Duncan on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Redwood City, and said Council does hereby declare, <br />that the buildings or structures ,situated upon the real property <br />hereinabove described are a public nuisance, and does hereby <br />direct the owners thereof to abate said nuisance within thirty <br />(30) days from the adoption of this resolution, by having said <br />buildings razed or removed, and if said buildings are not so <br />abated by said owne~ the Building Inspector of the City of <br />Redwood City is hereby ordered ~nd directed to raze or remove <br />said buildings, and that the expenses thereof be made a lien on <br />the lot or parcel of landtrom which said buildings or struc- <br />tures are removed and which is hereinabove described. <br /> <br />":'>;.; <br /> <br />.u. <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />.... <br />
