RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGOTIATED EXCHANGE OF PROPERTY TAX REVENUES FOR THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF HORGAN RANCH TO CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 6 (COMMENCING WITH SECTION 95) OF THE REVENUE AND TAXATION CODE WHEREAS, the Revenue and Taxation Code requires that the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo agree to a negotiated property tax exchange prior to the effective date of the proposed annexation of Horgan Ranch to the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, the requisite determination as to the negotiated property tax exchange has been made prior to and as a condition precedent to the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission issuing the Certificate of Filing on said annexation proposal; and WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City in making this determination has reviewed the proposed property tax exchange; and WHEREAS, it has been agreed between the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo that property tax revenues which total $578.15 based on 1980-81 assessed valuation for the affected properties will be transferred between the County and the City; and WHEREAS, it has been agreed between the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo that property tax revenues which total $239.13 based on 1980-81 assessed valuation for the affected properties will be transferred between the County Library and the City; and WHEREAS, it has been agreed between the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo that property tax revenues which total $444.96 based on 1980-81 assessed valuation for the affected properties will be transferred between the Structural Fire Fund and the City; NOvl, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1.
