<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />NO. 661 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />ACCEPTING DEED OF EASE~~NT FROM <br />HEDAHL-MARTIN COMPANY, a oopart- <br />nership <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Oouncil of Redwood City, that a <br />deed of easement from Hedahl-Martin Company, a copartnership, <br />to the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation, be and <br />it hereby 1s accepted by and on behalf of the Oity of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />Said deed grants an easement to the City of Redwood <br />City on property described as follows: <br /> <br />A parcel of land in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, <br />state of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the Pulgas Ranch Line and the North- <br />wes..~erly line of Standish Street (formerly Twelfth Street) as shown on that <br />certain map entitled .'Town of Mezesville" recorded August 1, 1856 in Book I <br />of Maps, page 79, San Mateo County Records, THFNCE S 580 17' 54" ~ along <br />the Pulgas Ranch Line. a distance ot 5.20 teet; THENCE N 47028' 06" E adist. of <br />lq.39 feet to a point on the northeasterly line of that certain 10 foot <br />e~sement from Tacoma. Mill Company to the Town or Redwood City, recorded <br />July 14, 1922 in Vo11ime 47, page 46, San Mateo County Records, which point <br />is the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THFNCF N 580 17' 54" W along the Northeasterly <br />line of said easement and parallel to the Pulgas Line a distance of 110.32 feet; <br />THFNCF N 470 28' 06" F a distance of 5.20 rept.; THFNCE S 580 17' 54" F a <br />distance of 110.32 feet; THFNCF, S 470 28' 06" W a distance of 5.20 feet to <br />the TRUF POINT OF BFGINNING, being a strip 5.00 feet in width across parcel <br />conveyed to Hedahl-Martin Co. by deed recorded February 14, 1947 in Volume <br />1311, page 447, San Mateo County Records. <br />
