'" RES 0 L UTI 0 N (p'l~ H O. 676 ACCEPTING DEED OF EAS~AENT FROM TIDEWATER ASSOCIATED OIL COMPArN, a Delaware corporation RESOLVED, by the City Council of Redwood City, that a deed of easement from~TIDEWATER ASSOCIATED OIL COMPANY, a / Delaware oorporation, to the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation, be and it hereby is accepted by and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. Said deed grants an easement to the City of Redwood City on property described as follows: A parcel of land in the City of Redwood city, County of San Mateo, State of' california, desex'i.bed as follows: BFGINNING at the intersection of the Pulgas Ranch Line and the south- easterly line of Brewster Avenue (formerly righth street) as shown on that certain map entitled "Town of Mezesvl11ell recorded August 1, 1856 in Book I, of Maps ~ Page 79, San Mateo County Records; THFNCF along said southeasterly line of BrewsterN470 28' 35" F 8. distance of 10.39 ft. to a point on the northeasterly line of that certain easement from Associated Oil Company to the City of Redwood City (the bearings otwhich are the basis for this description) recorded December 21, 1935 in VQlume 670, page 310, San Mateo County Records which point is the TRUF POINT OF BF(lINNING; THFNCE S580 18' 55" E 440.91 ft. along the northeasterly line of said easement to the. westerly line of Mlddlefield Road (formerly Second Street) as shown on the abovementioned Map of If Town of Mezesville"; THFNCF. N 3033' 1..0" W 12.24 it. along said line; THFNCF leaving said line N 58018' 55ft W 431.01 ft, to the abovementioned southeasterly line of Brewster; THFNCF along said line S 47028'35" W 10.39 f~. to the TRUF POINT OF BFGINNING; being a 10 foot strip across parcel described in deed from TacOme Mill Company to Associated Oil Co. recorded in Volume 492, page 494, San Mateo County Records.
