<br />! <br />l, <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO.. 678 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO ACOEPT GRANTS OR <br />DEEDS ON BEHALP OF THE OITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, rection 27281 of the Government Code of <br /> <br />the State of California requires that deeds or grants con- <br /> <br />veying an interest in real property to political corporations <br /> <br /> <br />must be accepted by the Grantee prior to being recorded; and <br /> <br /> <br />vVHER~1S said section 27281 provides a method whereby. <br /> <br />an officer or' agent may be designated by the political corpor- <br /> <br />ation to accept such deeds on its behalf; <br /> <br />N~~, THEREFORE, BE AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED that <br /> <br />RALPH S.
