Local I Regional Transportation Analysis <br />and Planning <br />a. Saltworks application traffic data review and General <br />Plan analysis including compilation of background <br />documents, review of technical assumptions and analysis <br />methodologies and identification of adequacy of the data <br />b. Work sessions and communications including <br />participation in visioning meetings with City staff as well <br />as peer review team meetings, work session with OMS <br />and site visit <br />c. Preparation of summary report including preliminary <br />draft, response to comments and submittal of final report <br />· Total Cost: $46,090 <br /> <br />2. Shiels Obletz Johnsen, Inc .. Streetcar Analysis <br />a. Saltworks application review related to streetcar data and <br />relationship to overall transportation strategy as well as <br />General Plan analysis. This will include review of <br />Redwood City's current and future transportation <br />objectives and goals <br />b. Attendance at work session and site visit with OMS as <br />well as participation in visioning sessions with the City <br />c. Attendance or conference call connections with peer <br />review team including meetings <br />d. Preparation of summary report including preliminary <br />draft, response to comments and submittal of final report <br />· Total Cost: $40,410 <br /> <br />c. Jurisdictional Overlays <br /> <br />1. Remy, Thomas, Moose and Manley <br /> <br />a. Compile a list of agencies with jurisdiction over the <br />project and identify which of the agencies will be most <br />difficult to secure permits and approvals <br />b. Identify the specific standards the agencies will employ in <br />deciding whether to grant permits and approvals <br />c. Assemble an agency contact list and set meetings or <br />conferences with each agency related to permitting <br />standards and processes <br />d. Advise and provide guidance to Consultant regarding the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and <br />potentially National Environmental Protection Act <br />e. Attendance and participation at work sessions and <br />meetings with Applicant <br />f. Preparation of a final Summary Report <br />· Total Cost: $34,000 <br /> <br />Page 5 <br />
