REV: 09-30-2021 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will provide information technology services to the City as directed by the <br />City’s Information Technology (IT) Manager or designee. Consultant will be assigned to <br />City’s information technology customer, City of Burlingame. Consultant’s information <br />technology services will include but not be limited to: <br />Staff support (new account setup, directory maintenance, software installation, <br />remote support) <br />Server maintenance (install patches as needed) <br />Installation of desktop computers (unbox, setup, join to domain, deploy) <br />ShoreTel/Mitel phone system troubleshooting/maintenance <br />Wi-Fi system troubleshooting/maintenance <br />Onsite services between the hours of 8AM and 5PM. <br />The City’s IT Manager or designee may call Consultant between the hours of 5PM and <br />8AM for emergencies such as virus attacks or system failure. <br />Consultant will be paid hourly at the rate of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75) an hour.
