SWPPP and CEQA requirements, and other local, state, national, and industry standards of the most recent <br />revisions <br />In addition, because the original recommendation to upsize the pump station is based on the lower ground near <br />the pump stations, and the lack of overland release from this lower ground, the Consultant will use the ELLA <br />hydrodynamic models to assess the systems with the improved pump station and make a recommendation for the <br />highest priority pipe improvements that should be constructed to fully take advantage of the new 100-year capacity <br />to the pump stations. <br />Deliverables: <br />Draft and Final Preliminary Engineering Report (a.k.a.
