6.3A <br /> ATTACHMENT lPage 3 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CtTY ACCEPTfNG GRANT OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT FROM RC <br /> PENINSULA PARK LLC <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the Peninsula Park Precise Plan Project located at 650 <br /> Bair Is[and Road, the developer is required to reconstruct Bair Island Road as part of <br /> the frontage improvements that will serve this development; and <br /> WHEREAS, in order to provide roadway and pedestrian access as shown in the <br /> Peninsula Park Precise Plan, the developer must dedicate four public utility easements <br /> (Easement #'s 1-4) as identified and depicted in the Easement Location Map attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit"A" and incorporated herein; and <br /> WHEREAS, RC Peninsula Park, LLC, the property owners of 650 Bair Island <br /> Road, have offered to dedicate fiour public utility easements within the property to the <br /> City of Redwood City ("Cit�') on the Lands of RC Peninsula Park LLC; and <br /> WHEREAS, said grant deed for the four pubiic utility easements, on �le and <br /> made available at the City Clerk's Office, have been reviewed by staff and found to be <br /> in conformance. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNC[L QF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are <br /> incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set for�h in their entirety. <br /> Section 2. That the City Council hereby accepts the aforementioned grant <br /> deed of the public utility easements, and the City Manager or his designee is authorized <br /> to certify acceptance and file the grant deed for recordation. <br /> Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect upon its adoption. <br /> Section 4.
