Staff plans to meet <br /> with the Downtown Business Group at its monthly meeting on 4ctober 6, 2009 to <br /> provide an overview of the draft Courthouse Square ordinance, and elicit input and <br /> comments. <br /> Although the ordinance itself is largely complete, staff is still in the process of finalizing <br /> the Administrative Guidelines, Fee Schedule, and permit application forms necessary to <br /> execute the Courthouse Square ordinance. <br /> Alternatives <br /> Council will not be asked to make a decision on this staff report as it is a matter of <br /> information on1y.
