7c RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 709 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE CERTAIN PORTIONS OF WILLOW AND HILTON STREETS IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that it hereby declares its intenti.on to vacate and abandon as a public street portions of Willow and Hilton Streets in the City of Redwood City, and reference is hereby made to a map on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Redwood City for further particulars as to said proposed street vacation. The portions of Willow and Hilton Streets to be vacated are particularly described as follows: All that portion of Hilton Street, sixty (60) feet in width, from the Northwest line of Willow Street, sixty (60) feet in width, to the Southeast line of Laurel Street, sixty (60) feet in width, and all that pOI'tion of Willow Street, sixty (60) feet in width, from the Northeast line of Stambaugh street, sixty (60) feet in width, to a line parallel to the Northeast line of Hilton Street, sixty (60) feet in width, and sixty-five (65) feet Northeasterly therefrom; all of said portions being located in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, and as described on that map entitled "Stambaugh Street Addi tion, San Mateo Count"Jr, California", which map was recorded on August 17, 1912 in Volume 8, Page 20 of Official Records of San Mateo County. FURTHER RESOLVED that May 23rd, 1949, at 8 o'clock P. M. at the City Hall in Redwood City is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation of said streets will be he ard. FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be pub- lished once in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sun- day) newspaper, published, printed and circulated in the City of Redwood City. -1-
