<br />All that portion of Hilton Street, sixty
<br />(60) feet in width, from the Nortll1~est line of
<br />Willow Street, sixty (60) feet in width, to the
<br />Southeast line of Laurel Street, sixty (60) feet
<br />in width, and all that portion of Willow street,
<br />sixty (60) feet in width, from the Northeast line
<br />of Stambaugh Street, sixty (60) feet in width, to
<br />a line parallel to the Northeast line of Hilton
<br />Street, sixty (60) feet in width, and sixty-five
<br />(65) feet Northeasterly therefrom; all of said
<br />portions being located in the City of Redwood City,
<br />County of San Mateo, State of California, and as
<br />clescribed on that map entitled "Stcunbaugh Street
<br />Actdi tion, San Mateo County, California", which
<br />map WaS recorded on August 17, 1912 in Volume 8,
<br />Page 20 of Official Records of San Mateo County.

<br />Said Council further resolves that there is excepted from
<br />
<br />the aforementioned vacation and abandonment of streets the
<br />
<br />folloliving:

<br />'The permanent easement and rights at any time or
<br />from time to time to construct, maintain, operate,
<br />replace, remove and rene,\-;j Bani tary se\V'ers, storm
<br />drains and appurtenant stru.ctures in, upon, over
<br />and across any street or part thereof proposed to
<br />be vacated, and to construct, maintain, operate,
<br />replace, remove, renew and enlarge lines of pipe,
<br />conetui ts, cables, viires, poles and other conven-
<br />ient structures, equipment and fixtures for the
<br />operation of gas lines, telegraphic and telephone
<br />lines, railroad lines, and for the transportation
<br />or distribution of electric energy, petroleum and
<br />its products, ammonia, water, and incidental pur-
<br />poses, including access and. the rights to keep the
<br />property free from inflammablematerlals and viood
<br />grovlth and otherwise protec.t the same from all
<br />hazards in, upon and over the streets herein pro-
<br />posed to be vacated.

<br />City be and he hereby is ordered to record a certified copy of
<br />
<br />this resolution in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo
