<br />RESOLUTION NO. 720 <br /> <br />SELLING $48,,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CI1~ 1944 CITY PLAN BONDS, SERIES C, <br />AND $125,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY 1949 SEWER BONDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />heretofore duly authorized the iS$uance of $48,000 principal <br />amount of bonds of the City of Redwood City to be known as <br />"City of Redwood City 1944 City Plan Bonds, Series Cn, all <br />dated June 15, 19lJ9, and the issuanc~~ of $150,000 principal <br />amount of bonds of said City of Redwood City to be known as <br />''city of Redwood City 1949 Sewer Bond8tf, all dated June 15, 1949, <br />and further duly authorized the sale of said $lJ8,ooo principal <br />amount of said 1944 City Plan Bonds and the sale of $125,000 <br />principal amount of said 1949 Sewer Bonds at public sale to <br />the highest and best bidder therefor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notice of the sale of said bonds has been <br /> <br />duly given in the manner prescribed by said resolution and the <br />following bids for said bonds were and are the only bids <br />received by said City Council, to wit: <br /> <br />Name of Bidder <br /> <br />Net Interest <br />Cost to City <br /> <br />Ba nk of Amer io a, N.
