written notice of any such adjustments, Developer shall provide City with amended or new <br />insurance certificates and endorsements evidencing compliance with such adjustments. <br />(n) Additional Insured Covera e• Liability Limits. For all liability insurance <br />required by this Agreement, except E&O and Workers' Compensation policies, Developer (and <br />Developer's contractors, as applicable) shall obtain endorsements that name the Indemnitees as <br />additional insured in the full amount of all applicable policies, notwithstanding any lesser <br />minimum limits specified in this Agreement. This Agreement requires Developer (and <br />Developer's contractors) to obtain and provide for the benefit of the Indemnitees, additional <br />insured coverage, as applicable, in the same amount of insurance carried by Developer (or <br />Developer's contractors, as applicable), but in no event less than the minimum amounts specified <br />in this Agreement. In the event that Developer (or Developer's contractors as applicable) obtains <br />insurance policies that provide liability coverage in excess of the amounts specified in this <br />Agreement, the actual limits provided by such policies shall be deemed to be the amounts required <br />under this Agreement.
