FIRST AMENDMENT <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby amend the Stormwater Treatment Measures <br />Maintenance Agreement as follows: <br />1. Exhibit "B" to the Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement <br />is of no further force and effect and is hereby replaced with Revised Exhibit "B", attached <br />hereto and incorporated by reference. <br />2. Exhibit "C" to the Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance <br />Agreement is of no further force and effect and is hereby replaced with Revises! Exhibit <br />"C", attached hereto and incorporated by reference. <br />3. In all other respects the Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance <br />Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />4. This First Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts <br />which together shall constitute the contract of the Parties. <br />5. authority.
