REV: 10-28-2022 VR <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br />TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br /> (Renne Public Law Group) <br />This Amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment No. 1”) is entered into and effective as <br />of November 24, 2022, by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation of the State of California (“City”), and Renne Public Law Group, <br />DBA Renne Public Policy Group, a California limited liability partnership (“Consultant”) <br />(collectively, the “Parties”). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The Parties previously executed that certain Agreement for Services, dated <br />as of November 24, 2021, (the “Agreement”). <br />B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to the terms and conditions set <br />forth in this Amendment No. 1, incorporated herein by reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. City will pay Consultant a not-to-exceed amount of Seven Thousand Five <br />Hundred Dollars ($7,500) for the completion of all the services, which sum will include all <br />costs or expenses incurred by Consultant. Including all amendments through Amendment <br />No. 1, the total amount payable under the Agreement will be a not-to-exceed amount of <br />One Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($97,500). <br /> <br />2. Unless terminated earlier, the term of this Amendment No. 1 will be a period <br />of one month from the effective date of this Amendment No. 1. Including all amendments, <br />through Amendment No.1, the total term of this Agreement is one year and one month, <br />including all amendments from the Effective Date of this Agreement. <br />3. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. <br />4. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Consultant pursuant to <br />the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment No. 1. <br />5. The individuals executing this Amendment No. 1 and the instruments <br />referenced in it on behalf of Consultant each represent and warrant that they have the <br />legal power, right and actual authority to bind Consultant to the terms and conditions of <br />this Amendment No. 1. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022-Amend No. 1/Renne Public Law Group (Page 1 of 3)
