REV: 11-09-2021 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />1.Scope of Work , Technical Specifications, and Insurance <br />Vendor shall provide and deliver unleaded gasoline and renewable diesel fuel to City <br />facilities on an as needed basis. <br />Gasoline delivered shall be unleaded, 87 octane, complying with the requirements <br />of ASTM D4814-09 and any addenda issued thereto, and all applicable federal <br />regulations. During oxygenated season, unleaded gasoline is to be oxygenated in <br />accordance with State of California standards in effect at the time of delivery. Diesel <br />fuel shall be Renewable (R99) CARB Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel No. 2, or if R99 is <br />unavailable, CARB Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel No. 2, and shall comply with all CARB <br />requirements. It shall meet or exceed the requirements of the latest edition of ASTM <br />D975 and shall meet the sulfur content and the aromatic content in California Code <br />of Regulation, Title 13, section 2281 and section 2282. Renewable diesel should be <br />treated the same as conventional CARB diesel for all purposes, including storage in <br />underground storage tanks (USTs). Vendor shall be liable for any and all <br />damages to facilities (including tank, fuel lines, pumps, and dispensers), vehicles, <br />and fuel in storage, which may occur as the result of contaminated fuel or fuel not <br />in compliance with specification. <br />The gasoline and diesel fuel (Fuel) described above shall be delivered to the <br />following locations as directed by City staff: <br />Facility Location Tank Capacity <br />Public Works <br />Corporation Yard <br />1400 Broadway St.Unleaded – 6,000 gal AST <br />Diesel – 6,000 gal AST <br />Fire Station #9 755 Marshall St.Unleaded – 1,000 gal UST <br />Diesel – 2,000 gal UST <br />Fire Station #11 1091 Second Ave.Diesel – 1,000 gal AST <br />Fire Station #12 3700 Jefferson Ave.Diesel – 1,000 gal AST <br />Fire Station #20 680 Redwood Shores Pkwy.Diesel – 2,000 gal AST <br />Police Department 1301 Maple St.Unleaded – 10,000 gal UST <br />Parks Yard SVCW, 1400 Radio Rd.Unleaded – 1,000 gal AST <br />A.Delivery Time. <br />Fuel shall be delivered to the City from Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. The City <br />reserves the right to place orders for fuel delivery at any time. Deliveries shall be made to <br />the agreed location within 24 hours after order is placed. <br />B.Emergencies. <br />At all times, Vendor shall strive to meet emergency fuel requirements of the City. During <br />City, county, state or federal declared emergencies, City fuel requirements shall be <br />Vendor’s top priority.
