REV: 10-28-2021 MI <br />of Section 1.2 above for a calendar year, and the relevant provisions of the FCC Declaratory <br />Ruling subsequently cease to be effective during the same calendar year, the Licensee shall <br />pay the difference between the Annual Fee and the Alternate Annual Fee for the period <br />from the date the relevant provisions of the FCC Declaratory Ruling ceased to be effective, <br />until December 31 of that year (“Annual Fee Adjustment”).
