Sample Pages from Survey #2 Distributed to the Public (English and Chinese versions) <br /> <br /> <br /> Press releases were distributed to local media urging community members to participate. <br /> San Mateo County and participating planning partners advertised the surveys on social media (Facebook, <br />Instagram, Nextdoor, and Twitter). <br /> Contracted community-based organizations were provided with a PDF-version of the survey for printing, <br />and distributed paper copies of surveys at community events and COVID-19 vaccine clinics. <br />The County tracked survey responses by zip code throughout the survey collection period to ensure broad and <br />diverse participation throughout all jurisdictions in the County. Both surveys and a summary of results are <br />included in Appendix B. <br /> <br /> <br />3-8
