Street t when oonstrue ted, ~.nd <br />an1 additional pro rata portion of the cost ot oonetruetlon of <br />sald perma.nent sewer in exoeSB ot the sum of.' Suoh sewer shall be <br />constructed solely ~t the expense of Varai and shall be laid along <br />and adjacent to the e~.sterly line of Stambaugh Street. CitY' <br />assumes no liability whatsoever for the maintenanoe or construotion <br />ot said temporary sewer lateral and Vare! or ~he then owner ot <br />sald Lots 21, 22, 23. and 24 agrees to remove sald tempor~ry sewer <br />lateral at his own expens0 at the time a permanent sewer 1s con- <br />structed in Me,nzanite Street. <br />
