<br />RESOLUTION DULY ADOPTED BY THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF REDWOOD.....QllI <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the C1 ty Council of Redwood City <br /> <br />that the l'iTayor and Clerk be, and they are herebJ'~ authorized, <br /> <br />empowered and directed, for and on behalf of said City, to <br /> <br />enter into and execute wi th Pacific Gas and Electric Company, <br /> <br />a corpora.tion, that certain agreement which relates to the <br /> <br />permission given by said Company to said City to use certain <br /> <br />poles of said Company for the purpose of installing, maintaining <br /> <br />and using said City's fire alarm and police signal circuits <br /> <br />and appliances connected therewith and which was submitted by <br /> <br />said Company at this meeting to this said City Council. <br />ADOPTED on the / % day of ~~194f. <br />by the following votes: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />~ <br />.~ <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />Councilmen <br />
