<br />~ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. 762 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING VACATION AND ABANDON- <br />IvIENT OF CERTAIN PUBLIC EASEMENTS ADJOINING <br />LIGUORI STREh~ IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City, on <br />July 18, 1949, passed and adopted a Resolution No. 750, which <br /> <br />resolution decla.red said Council's intention to vacate and <br /> <br />abandon as a public parking easement, certain easements ad- <br /> <br />joining Liguori Street in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />VvHEREAS said resolution fixed the date of August 15, <br /> <br />1949 as the date of the hearing in the City Hall, at the hour <br /> <br />of 8:00 o'clock p.m., on said Council's intention to vacate <br /> <br />and abandon said easements adjoining Liguori Street in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Superintendent of Streets of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City conspicuously posted along said easements proposed <br /> <br />to be vacated and abandoned, in three (3) places along said <br /> <br />easement s and at Ie ast ten (10) day's before the date fixed fOl" <br /> <br />the hearing on said abandonment, a notice of intention to <br /> <br />vacate certain public easements adjoining Liguori Street in <br /> <br />the City of Hedwood City; and <br />WHEREAS said Resolution No. 750 was duly published <br />in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) news- <br /> <br />paper, published, printed and circulated in the City of Red- <br /> <br />wood City, all as requ~red by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS no protest or objection to the abandonment <br /> <br />and vacation of said easements adjoining Liguori Street in <br /> <br />the C1 ty of Redwood City as a public parking easement Vifas <br /> <br />madd at said hearing; <br /> <br />-1- <br />
