REV: 11-30-2021 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services: <br />Contractor shall provide fire sprinkler inspection services for fifteen (15) City facilities per <br />the inspection schedule below: <br />Year Type <br />2021 Annual Inspection <br />2022 Annual Inspection <br />2023 Five-Year Inspection <br />2024 Annual Inspection <br />2025 Annual Inspection <br />Facilities to be inspected: <br />•City Hall <br />•Fair Oaks Senior Center <br />•Fire Station 9 <br />•Fire Station 10 <br />•Fire Station 11 <br />•Fire Station 20 <br />•Marshall Parking Garage <br />•Municipal Services Center <br />•Red Morton Community Center <br />•Redwood City Main Library <br />•Redwood City Parking Garage <br />•Redwood City Police Department <br />•Redwood Shores Library <br />•Redwood Shores Maint. Facility <br />•Sandpiper Community Center <br />Contractor shall be responsible for making repairs necessary to ensure fire sprinklers <br />pass annual and five-year inspections. Repairs must be quoted and approved by the <br />Facilities Superintendent or their designee prior to any work being conducted. <br />Fee: <br />City will pay Contractor for fire sprinkler inspections on a per task basis per the fee <br />schedule outlined below in an amount not to exceed $74,027.83.
