Confidential Information <br />REV: 11-16-2021 MI <br />Exhibit 1 <br />New Markets <br />For every new One Medical office that opens (excluding employer on-site offices), all Virtual EIs within 25 miles convert into a Core <br />Plus Membership (each, a “Conversion Member”). <br />Customer will be invoiced the Core Plus Pricing for each Conversion Member for the remaining months of the Period (or Renewal <br />Term, as applicable), less amounts already paid for Virtual Membership for such Members.
