REV: 11-16-2021 RL <br />Exhibit “B" <br />Fee Schedule and Payment Terms <br />Services are billed on a time-and-materials basis according to the hourly rate, shown below. <br />Personnel Hourly Rate <br />Construction Inspector $145 <br />Rates reflect and include administrative costs and routine expenses such as a company vehicle, local <br />mileage, copying, fax, telephone, mail, in-house printing, software, and computer usage. <br />On each anniversary of the contract start date, CSG will initiate a rate increase based on change in <br />CPI for the applicable region. <br />City will pay Consultant monthly for services rendered, pursuant to invoices consistent with Section <br />6, Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.295/CSG Consultants (Page 13 of 13)
