REV: 12-01-2021 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Deliverables: <br />Consultant will provide patrol service within hours and schedule designated for Stulsaft Park <br />(primary) and any other City park for either routine or special park code enforcement patrols <br />based on the direction of the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director or their <br />designee. <br />Consultant will attend training and/or area ranger meetings to Consultant’s policies and <br />procedures, coordination of schedules, safety topics, etc. Consultant will complete annual training <br />as required by the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security <br />and Investigative Services. Total area meetings and required state training is twenty hours per <br />year. <br />Consultant will provide no more than 1,716 hours at the rate of $40.78 an hour (inclusive of <br />fees). The total not to exceed value of the Agreement is Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000). <br />All Consultant rangers assigned to City parks will be licensed and trained under the <br />requirements of the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security <br />and Investigative Services. <br /> <br />Payment will be be made pursuant to monthly invoices consistent with Section 6 <br />(Compensation). <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.313/California Land Management Services Corporation (Page 11 of 11)
