REV: 11-29-2021 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> <br />Consultant will provide grant coaching, editing, review, and writing services to the <br />Redwood City Fire Department (“Fire Department”). Consultant’s expert grant <br />writers will partner with the Fire Department to prepare and submit competitive fire <br />safety grants offered through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) <br />or any other relevant program upon request of the Fire Chief or their designee. The <br />Fire Department has already identified the following grants of interest: <br />Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG); <br />Fire Prevention and Safety (FP&S); and <br />Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER). <br />Consultant will provide strategic advice, grant editing, review, and writing services <br />on an hourly basis at a rate of $150/hour. Consultant fees include all direct labor, <br />overhead (including general and administrative expenses), other direct costs, <br />subcontractor costs, fixed fees, miscellaneous incidental services, and all applicable <br />taxes.
