Exhibit B-1 <br />Scope of Work <br />The following work will be performed pursuant to the Soil Importation Agreement: <br />1. Mobilization to the site, including protecting the site with temporary fencing (with privacy mesh) <br />locked at two access gate points, temporary toilet for manpower usage. <br />2. Office and field administration and management to be located at existing PDU trailers at 1402 <br />Maple Street, including connecting the existing trailers with power produced by a temporary <br />diesel generator. <br />3. Installation of SWPPP, erosion, and sediment controls, etc. This includes miscellaneous, minor <br />surface dewatering after rain events. <br />4. Construction Surveying, as needed. <br />5. HazMat testing and soil sampling, as needed. <br />6. De-Energization, Disconnection, removal, and disposal of an existing onsite temporary power pole <br />and other related services. <br />7. Demolition, clearing, grubbing, and disposal of existing fencing, site brush, and organic surface <br />material. <br />8. Pulverization of existing asphalt paving, including scarification of asphalt and existing grade. <br />9. Over excavation of all grades over elevation +12.00, moisture conditioning, and recompacting <br />existing excavated and conditioned material in place. <br />10. Importing soil to build up the elevation of the site for the final subgrade, as well as surcharging <br />the site an additional three feet in areas where building foundations are planned (and where <br />foundation zones of influence exist). <br />11. The installation of a mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) wall to structurally retain elevated soil <br />from the neighboring wetlands. <br />In addition to this work, this scope requires the newly filled/surcharged site to sit and settle of the period <br />of 90 days (Early January to early April), and will required maintenance of SWPPP and erosion, and <br />sediment controls, a final SWPPP and erosion control material (hydroseeding) being placed over the <br />surcharged site, and ongoing QSP services to monitor, track, and document SWPPP and erosion control <br />performance over the during of the work and 90-day surcharge period, and other miscellaneous work <br />associated with this surcharge work. <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.303/SOIL IMPORTATION AGREEMENT – CITY COUNTY <br />REV: 11-24-21 VR <br />Page 8 of
