REV: 02-01-2022 MI <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services <br />Consultant shall perform the following services: <br />Review background materials, roster, selection materials, Draft Committee Workplan, <br />receive background information and coordinate via emails and calls with City staff <br />up to 10 hours <br />Prepare for, schedule, attend (up to 1.5 hour) and debrief Kick Off Meeting with City <br />Team and Advisory Committee Chair up to 2 hours <br />Develop stakeholder interview agenda, schedule, and conduct, 15-minute introductory <br />calls with all ten Committee members up to 8 hours <br />Prepare for and facilitate virtual Advisory Committee meeting on February 17th <br />(includes immediate debrief with City staff) up to 4 hours <br />Prepare for, schedule, attend and debrief a (up to 1.5 hour) Debrief Meeting with City <br />Team and Advisory Committee Chair up to 2 hours <br />Extra Work: Preparing for and facilitating second virtual meeting on March 17th (prepare <br />for, attendance at meeting, debrief) up to 5 hours <br />Fees <br />Consultant shall perform the services outlined herein on an hourly basis.
