This letter contains a description of our proposed scope of <br />services, our proposed estimate of the fee, and our latest schedule of charges. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />The City of Redwood City is planning to increase the capacity of the Recycled Water DPS in <br />preparation for' demands in the 2010 irrigation season. Contained in our proposed scope of <br />services are the planning, design engineering and construction support for the DPS Upgrade <br />Project. A breakdown of our proposed estimated fee to provide this Scope of Services is <br />included as Attachment A. <br /> <br />Proposed Scope of Services <br /> <br />The following Scope of Services was developed based on discussions with City staff over the <br />past several weeks and our knowledge of the previous work and existing facilities. <br /> <br />Task 1: Project Management <br /> <br />a. Project Management & Coordination <br /> <br />. Project Scheduling: Prepare planning-level project schedule to include <br />the planning, design and construction of the improvements. <br /> <br />.
