Prepare 100%> Design Submittal. The 1000/0 design submittal will <br />include the construction drawings, specifications and a 100%-level <br />Opinion of Probable Cost of Construction for City review. The 900/0 <br />submittal comments will have been incorporated into the documents <br />prior to submittal of the 100%) Design to the City. <br /> <br />. Prepare Final Construction Drawings and Project Manual. We will <br />incorporate final comments from the City and regulatory agencies on <br />the 1000/0 documents and prepare Final (Bid-ready) plans, <br />specifications, and a final Engineer's Estimate of Probable Construction <br />Cost. Provide one set of reproducible Construction Drawings and the <br />Project Manual suitable for the City to make copies for bidding the <br />project. <br /> <br />Meetings: K1J will attend two (2) design review workshops with City staff; one (1) <br />design review workshop will be conducted for each of the 50% and 90% design <br />submittals, respectively. These workshops will be conducted to expedite review <br />and resolution of City comments on the 50% and 90010 design submittals. It is <br />anticipated that each design review workshop will be attended by 3 K1J <br />engineers. <br /> <br />Deliverables: Construction Drawings, Specifications, and Opinions of Probable <br />Construction Cost at 500,10, 900,10, 1000/0 and Final design stages. <br /> <br />Task 4: Bidding & Construction Support Services <br /> <br />a. Bidding Support Services: Kennedy/Jenks will provide pre-award engineering <br />and design services to assist the City in the competitive bid process and <br />contract award.
