REV: 01-13-2022 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will provide the following products and services for the WiFi deployment at <br />the Temporary Safe RV Parking Lot, located at 1402A Maple Street in Redwood City: <br />•Kickoff Meeting to review project requirements, statement of work and <br />project schedule with City IT Staff <br />•Perform a Wireless Site Survey and Design for the wireless network <br />•Review proposed design with the project stakeholders identifying issues, <br />gaps in coverage and expectations <br />•Provide all wireless network equipment <br />•Perform pre-install burn-in/configuration of WiFi Access Points (AP) and <br />associate to SmartWAVE Cloud Controller Platform <br />•Install APs at locations identified on the AP placement map and confirm <br />power on and Cloud Controller visibility <br />•Perform post install coverage tests <br />•Document the final implementation <br />o AP Placement Map <br />o Heat Map <br />•Transition network to operation support <br />•Submit invoices to Accounts Payables <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.004/SmartWave Technologies (Page 10 of 11)
