Job No. 18255 <br />July 16, 2021 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR <br />PUBLIC ACCESS EASMEENT <br />1304 EL CAMINO REAL <br />All that certain real property situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State <br />of California, described as follows: <br />Being portions of Lots I and 2, in Block 4 as shown on that certain map entitled, "Map of <br />Robinson Subdivision Near the Town of Redwood City, California" filed in the Office of the <br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on February 15, 1890 in Book "D" of <br />Maps, at Page 6 and copied into Book 1 of Maps at Page 84, further described as follows: <br />Being a portion of certain parcel of land as described in the deed to Lovazzano Development, <br />recorded on December 28, 2012, Doc # 2012-197098, Official Records of the County of San <br />Mateo, further described as follows; <br />Being a strip of land 4.00 feet in width lying southwesterly of, and parallel with, the <br />northeasterly line of said lots 1 and 2 and more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the southwesterly line of El Camino Real and the <br />southeasterly line of Jackson Avenue; <br />THENCE leaving said Point of Beginning and following said southwesterly line of El Camino <br />Real South 48°24'00" East, 70.00 feet; <br />THENCE leaving said southwesterly line at right angle, along the southeasterly line of said <br />parcel of land (Doc # 2012-197098) South 41°36'00" West, 4.00 feet; <br />THENCE leaving last said southeasterly line at right angle, North 48°24'00" West, 70.00 feet to <br />said southeasterly line of Jackson Avenue; <br />THENCE following last said southeasterly line North 41°36'00" East, 4.00 feet to the Point of <br />Beginning. <br />The southwesterly line of said strip to be shortened or lengthened as necessary to terminate at the <br />southeasterly line and northwesterly line of said lands. <br />Containing 280 sq.ft., or 0.006 acres, more or less. <br />All as shown on plat to accompany legal description entitled "EXHIBIT `B" PLAT TO <br />ACCOMPANY LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT, 1304 EL <br />CAM [NO REAL", attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />END OF DESCRIPTION <br />Prepared by or under the supervision of: <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.23 1 /South Main (Page 4 of 5) <br />
