Code §27383 <br />LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />South Main — Block F <br />THIS LANDSCAPE MAINTEWANCE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and <br />entered into this 2S day ofd , 2021 ("Effective Date"), by and between GS <br />HIP 1304 ECR, LP, a Califo la limited partnership ("Developer"), and the CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and California municipal corporation ("City") (together, <br />the "Parties") with reference to the following facts: <br />RECITALS <br />A. Developer is the current fee owner of that certain real property consisting of <br />approximately 0. 15 acres located within the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, <br />State of California, described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference (the "Property"). <br />B. On November 16 2020, the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />adopted, among other approvals, Resolution No. 15908, approving a affordable housing <br />project, on the Property subject to certain conditions of approval ("Conditions"). <br />C. In compliance with the Conditions, Developer submitted to City landscaping <br />plans for the Property frontage ("Plans"), which have been approved by City. The Plans <br />provide for installation of certain landscaping, pedestrian lighting, irrigation, sidewalk <br />("Improvements") within the property frontage ("Maintenance Area") as the Improvements <br />and Maintenance Area are more specifically shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and <br />incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth herein. <br />D. City and Developer desire to enter into an agreement pursuant to which <br />Developer will maintain the Improvements within the Maintenance Area as both are <br />depicted on Exhibit "B". <br />AGREEMENT <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the faithful performance of the terms and <br />conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Parties hereto agree as follows: <br />REV: 08-16-2021 SK <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.218/South Main (Page 1 of 12) <br />
