COFFMAN, a single woman, as her sole and separate property, was the <br />original TRUSTOR, and THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, A <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF STATE OF CALIFORNIA, the original TRUSTEE, and THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE ST ATE OF CALIFORNIA, the original <br />BENEFICIARY of the certain Deed of Trust with Power of Sale dated July 12, 2006, and recorded as Instrument <br />Number 2006-104826 on July 14, 2006 in Official Records of the County of San Mateo, State of California (the <br />"Deed of Trust"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation is the housing successor to the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 34176 and is <br />thus the Beneficiary of the Deed of Trust; and <br />WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust irrevocably granted, transferred and assigned to the original Trustee in <br />Trust, with power of sale, the property in San Mateo County, California, with the address of 1231 Warren Street, <br />Unit 105, Redwood City, California (the "Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust provided the original Truster with financial assistance (the "Loan") with the <br />principal sum of Forty Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Two & No/100 Dollars ($40,592.00), which the original <br />Truster promised to pay to the original Beneficiary as described in the Promissory Note titled Promissory Note <br />(Agency Assisted) Wyndham Place Resale Program Secured by Deed of Trust dated July 12, 2006 (the <br />"Promissory Note"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Loan has been fully repaid, and the undersigned successor Beneficiary desires to <br />substitute First American Title Company as the new Trustee under said Deed of Trust. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substitutes First American Title Company as Trustee under <br />said Deed of Trust, and First American Title Company, as the substituted Trustee does hereby reconvey, without <br />warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the Estate now held thereunder. <br />DATED: O�e12 7 , 2021 <br />ATTY/AGR/2021.247 /TITLE RECONVEYANCE -1231 WARREN ST. <br />REV: 10-06-2021 SK <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, A MUNICIPAL <br />CORPORATION <br />� "'--��,V1(>, �t s <br />By: Melissa Stevenson Diaz, City Manager, <br />Successor Beneficiary
