There are three key project activities <br />of the MOW program: <br />1) MOW will deliver five meals per week to clients who are unable to shop or cook for <br />themselves and have no one reliably able to assist them, with those most at risk <br />receiving extra meals for the weekend <br />2) MOW will deliver meals that provide 1/3 of the daily-recommended dietary intake for <br />older adults. <br />MOW will deliver meals that supports health and aid in managing chronic disease. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />Peninsula Volunteers will serve 97 incorporated Redwood City persons in 91 households. <br /> <br />NOTE: The grant performance period begins July 1, 2021 and concludes June 30, 2022 <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.317/Peninsula Volunteers (Page 10 of 10)
