Are they <br />required?) 3) Information on any outstanding · Zoning Code <br />Violations · Fire Code Violations · Building Code Violations 4) <br />Any Variances or Special Permitting (Special Use, Conditional Use) <br />5) Copies of Certificates of Occupancy (Are Certificates of <br />Occupancy required? If there is no Certificate of Occupancy on file, <br />does it constitute as a violation?) Completed documents can be <br />sent to chudson@aeiconsultants.com.
