Time frame would be January 2020-present. <br />f. Please signify which are Open and Closed cases if possible. <br />g. If you are unable to provide this information can you point me <br />in the right direction? 2. Utility shut off: a. I am looking for <br />property owners or tenants that have had their utilities shut off for <br />non payment or stealing water on Owner Occupied or Non Owner <br />Occupied properties. b.
