It encompasses the area <br />where the facility on wheels is at Docktown (shower / bathroom), <br />that has recently been fenced in by the city, as well as the dirt area <br />with a little water inlet that is just westerly of BIAC, and it extends <br />onto Maple Street and across the street, and runs along the fence <br />where the City has allowed cars to be parked. I attach an exhibit <br />from the docktown trial that shows this "no APN" (no assessor <br />parcel #) and what I call the "federal lot", which is the gated in side <br />Docktown parking lot. The lot is bigger than that identified area. <br />Ms. Diaz has expressly admitted under oath that some records <br />have been found by her staff, as to ownership, leading her staff <br />(but not yet her, lol) to conclude that it is in City ownership.
