This study seeks to better understand local housing
approval discretionary and ministerial processes, as they are
applied, to proposed residential or mixed-use developments. We
previously requested a list of relevant approvals from 2014-2017,
and Redwood City provided that helpful information. We are now
augmenting our dataset, to include approvals for housing of five or
more units in 2018, 2019, and 2020. We used the APR to generate a
list of approvals for 2018 and 2019. In an email to
CLERK2@redwoodcity.org, we have attached a table that provides
the list we have generated, based on this APR data. We would like
to gather additional information on the earliest application/file date
for each project. We were unable to locate an online permit portal,
or find this information in staff reports or meeting agendas for the
projects. We were also unable to find information on administrative
appeals though the APR database. Pursuant to my rights under the
California Public Records Act, I am requesting the following: Based
on the APR project list in the attached table for approvals issued in
2018 and 2019: · Please provide an application/file date for each
project · Please mark whether each of the projects was
administratively appealed, and the date the City Council or Planning
Commission made the decision to deny or grant the appeal If I can
answer any questions about this request for information, or about
our study, please contact me at 510-517-3107 or
City Attorney's Office; CDT - Planning
Division 10/29/2021 11:59:58 PMFulfilled 1 hr $0
21-363 10/13/2021 02:40:52 PMDerek Huddlestun Fire report RCF#2102207643 Fire Department 10/23/2021 11:59:58 PMFulfilled 1 hr $0
21-362 10/13/2021 11:17:37 AMMichelle Peters
Do the San Carlos Fire Department or San Carlos Building
Department have any records on file for the following addresses:
200-250 Industrial Road and 335-389 Quarry Road in San Carlos, CA?Fire Department 10/23/2021 11:59:58 PMFulfilled 1 hr $0
21-361 10/13/2021 06:44:35 AMPascale Zamor
Good Morning, I hope you are well.
