Construction Services Agreement <br />REV: 04-26-2021 PR <br />00 5205 - 20 <br /> <br /> <br />Appendix E to Construction Services Agreement <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION LABOR AND MATERIAL PAYMENT BOND <br /> <br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, the City of Redwood <br />City, a Charter City and municipal corporation of the State of California (City) has <br />awarded to Onpoint Construction as Principal a Construction Services Agreement, dated <br />the day of , 2022. (Agreement), titled Supply of General <br />Construction Services located at 2600 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California 94063 <br />in the amount of $ 295,999, which Agreement is by this reference made a part <br />hereof, for the work described as follows: <br /> <br /> Contractor shall provide the City with the following services at the Fair Oaks Community Center <br />located at 2600 Middlefield Road, Redwood City CA 94063. All work shall be completed in <br />accordance with site drawings provided by the City. <br /> <br />Demolition of existing office workspaces: <br /> Demolition and removal of existing infrastructure (Per Appendix G of the Construction <br />Services Agreement) <br />Restroom: <br /> Demolish and fill existing doorway (Per Appendix G of the Construction Services <br />Agreement) <br /> Cut and install new doorway and frame (Per Appendix G of the Construction Services <br />Agreement) <br />New Construction: <br /> Construct and frame all new offices per Appendix G (Dark gray lines represent new walls, <br />solid white lines represent existing walls) <br /> <br />o Framing <br />o Insulation <br />o Drywall <br />o Mud/Tape/Smooth Wall <br />o Paint <br /> Furnish and install all doors and sidelight including framing and door hardware (per <br />Appendix G of the Construction Services Agreement) <br /> <br /> All finish work to be completed per Appendix G of the Construction Services Agreement <br /> <br /> Intake Counter per drawing A3.0 Section 7 shall be Quartz, color to be determined by City. <br /> <br /> <br />1.
