REV: 11-02-21 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services: <br />Consultant shall conduct sampling and analysis of Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and <br />Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) in the City’s sewer system. <br />Samples shall be taken from manholes located outside of Marina Sewer Pump Station <br />and on Walnut Street. <br />Composite sampling shall be conducted daily, five days a week (Monday-Friday), 24- <br />hours per day, for the following months. <br />•October 2021 <br />•June 2022 <br />•July 2022 <br />•August 2022 <br />•September 2022 <br />•October 2022 <br />Sampling and analysis may be authorized for additional months with the approval of the <br />Wastewater Superintendent or their designee. <br />Consultant shall present findings of analysis in a written format and data results shall be <br />provided in Microsoft Excel file format at the end of each month. <br />Fee: <br />City shall pay Consultant on a per week basis per the fee schedule below in an amount <br />not to exceed Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000).
