<br />EXHIBIT B <br />Quantitative Goals <br />(Contract Objectives) <br /> <br />CORA (Community Overcoming Relationship Abuse) <br />PO Box 5090 <br />San Mateo, CA 94402 <br />Program Title: CORA's Emergency Shelter for Victims of Domestic Violence. <br /> <br />FISCAL YEAR 2009/2010 <br /> <br />GOALS COMPLETION <br />(Include goal description in this NUMBER OF DATE <br />column) PERSONS <br />Primary quantitative contract goal1 (Include only ONE primary goal in this section). <br />Provide emergency shelter beds to victims 20 June 30, 2010 <br />of domestic violence. <br />Other secondary~ goals, collaborative actions, outreach, and emphasis to be conducted. <br />Conduct case management sessions with 16 June 30, 2010 <br />adult clients and assist them in setting and <br />achieving self-sufficiency goals. 800/0 of <br />clients who complete the Emergency <br />Shelter program achieve at least 600/0 of <br />their Care Plan goals. <br /> 14 June 30, 2010 <br />700,10 of adult clients will exit to permanent <br />or transitional housing <br /> <br />1 Primary quantitative contract goal is the number of households/persons you will assist under this contract <br />as stated in your grant application.
