7. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />7.A. Study Session on amendments to the Redwood City Code <br />Chapter 30, Article XII, Parks Dedication (Redwood City Quimby <br />Act Implementation Ordinance) and Redwood City Code <br />Chapter 18, Article XVI, Parks Impact Fee (Parks Impact Fee <br />Ordinance) to update current fees and implement new <br />non-residential impact fees <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Hold a public hearing to receive information on developing <br />amendments to the Redwood City Quimby Act Implementation <br />Ordinance and Parks Impact Fee Ordinance to update existing <br />fees and implement new non-residential fees; and <br />2. Provide individual Council Member input on developing <br />amendments to the Redwood City Quimby Act Implementation <br />Ordinance and Parks Impact Fee Ordinance. This is a Study <br />Session and no formal action will occur at this meeting.
