PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: This Notice of Nonrenewal encompasses all real property that is subject to the Contract and located within the boundaries of the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit A, which real property is described in the Contract by reference to the following assessor's parcel numbers in effect on April 30, 1970: 054-300-230; 054-310-100; and 054-310- 150. Since the Contract was executed, all or a portion of APN 054-310-150 has been re- designated by the San Mateo County Assessor as APN 054-310-160. CURRENT LANDOWNER: Cargill Point, LLC.
