This SA, governed by the law of the state in which the Equipment is located, constitutes the entire SA between the <br />parties and supersedes all prior oral and written proposals and communications. This SA takes precedence over the <br />language of any implementing Customer purchase order or similar document. No change or counter-offer to this SA <br />is effective unless in writing and signed by both parties. <br />g. Any provision of this SA that may be judged to be in violation of local, state or federal statutes shall not cause the <br />entire SA to become null and void. <br />h. The Company will maintain appropriate and adequate insurance for its operations. <br />i.
