The goal is to end <br />chronic homelessness in our population. <br />Other secondary~ goals, collaborative actions, outreach, and emphasis to be conducted. <br />Spring Street Shelter will assist shelter 22 June 30, 2010 <br />residents with housing placement through <br />referrals and assistance with application <br />completion. The goal is to increase the <br />number of homeless individuals moving <br />into stable permanent housing. <br />Spring Street Shelter will review the 10 June 30, 2010 <br />financial benefits of our residents and <br />assist with completion of applications for <br />benefits or entitlements for individuals <br />without a stable income. The goal is to <br />improve the economic opportunities for <br />low-income individuals. <br /> <br />FISCAL YEAR 2009/2010 <br /> <br />1 Primary quantitative contract goal is the number of households/persons you will assist under this <br />contract as stated in your grant application.
