<br />ATTY/AGR/2022/AMENDMENTS/FIRST AMENDMENT TO MASTER PROJECT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />1. The Original Effective Date of the Purchase Agreement is hereby amended to be <br />the Effective Date of this First Amendment and such new Effective Date shall hereinafter be <br />referred to as the “New Effective Date of Purchase Agreement.” Any and all references and <br />timeframes, which relate to and/or flow from the Effective Date in the Purchase Agreement, shall <br />pertain to the New Effective Date of the Purchase Agreement. The New Effective Date of <br />Purchase Agreement has no effect on the Purchase Price, nor the built-in price adjuster, as set forth <br />in Paragraph 2.1 of the Purchase Agreement. <br />2. The attached “Exhibit E: Amended Schedule of Performance,” hereby replaces <br />and supersedes “Exhibit E: Schedule Performance,” originally attached to the Agreement. Any <br />and all references to Exhibit E in the Agreement shall be with regard to the Amended Schedule <br />of Performance. <br />3. In the event of any inconsistences between this First Amendment and the <br />Agreement, this First Amendment shall control. <br />4. If all Parties agree, electronic signatures may be used in place of original signatures <br />on this Amendment. Each Party intends to be bound by the signatures on the electronic document, <br />is aware that the other Parties will rely on the electronic signatures, and hereby waives any defenses <br />to the enforcement of the terms of this Amendment based on the use of an electronic signature. <br />After all Parties agree to the use of electronic signatures, all Parties must sign the document <br />electronically. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />[SIGNATURE PAGE FOLLOWS] <br />
