Exhibit D <br />Community Benefits <br />Over and above the creation of the community oriented facilities, the following community <br />benefits are intended for the Project. <br />• Open community swim for City residents every first Sunday of each month (hours TBD). <br />• Free quarterly education seminars and workshops (i.e. Nutrition, Wellness, etc.) open to <br />RWC residents <br />■ Quarterly "YMCA Open House" days for City residents at the New YMCA. <br />• CPR/AED training open to RWC resident enrollment <br />• Senior Rates <br />• Veteran rates (preferred group rate - % reduction TBD) <br />• Scholarships and Financial Assistance for those who qualify <br />• Joint Redwood City and YMCA Community events (Holiday, Other annual traditions and <br />ongoing events) to be held at the Senior Center, YMCA, common areas or in Red Morton <br />Park. <br />Quarterly "Togetherhood" Family and Individual volunteer activities coordinated with <br />Redwood City and other organizations' to benefit the community. <br />• Community Health & Wellness Fairs <br />■ Swim Team — Summer hours TBD, potentially blended into Y programming.
