Exhibit B <br />boards, committees, officers, employees and agents, and further providing that any insurance or <br />self-insurance maintained by Owner or County for themselves, their councils, commissions, <br />boards, committees, officers, employees and agents will not be excess of Contractor's <br />insurance and will not be contributory with it. Such insurance will also specifically insure any <br />contractual liability assumed by County under the terms of this License, including, but not limited <br />to, the indemnity provisions of Section 6 above. <br />In the event that County's insurance is cancelled, County will provide replacement <br />coverage or all County Activities must cease as of the cancellation date until replacement <br />insurance coverage is provided. <br />Alternative Insurance. Notwithstanding the foregoing, County may satisfy any or all of <br />the above insurance requirements by providing reasonable evidence that it maintains such <br />policies, with the same additional insureds and minimum policy limits at least as great as those <br />specified above, through membership of one or more insurance pools. <br />083664\14311714v2
